Çalışan Durum Takibi (employee presence) Chrome extension · Last updated: September 2026

This extension is an internal workforce-management tool distributed by Çınar Değerleme to its own employees. It reports work-presence status to the employer's own server (takip.cinardegerleme.com.tr). It is not intended for the general public.

What we collect

• Presence status: active / idle / screen-locked / offline, with timestamps. "Active" only means the operating system saw some mouse or keyboard input; the input itself is never read.
• Messages the employee sends to their manager, and the replies and announcements they receive.
• Short-leave requests (reason, start time, duration, note) and self-declared break start/end times.
• The employee's identity (name, company e-mail, company account ID) for authentication.

What we do NOT collect

• No screenshots or screen recording.
• No keystroke content or typing rhythm (we never record what or how you type).
• No mouse movement or position.
• No browsing history, URLs, tab titles, or page content. The extension does not run on web pages at all.
• No clipboard, files, camera, microphone, or location.

How data is used

Solely for the employer's workforce time/activity management and employee–manager communication. Data is stored on the company's own server, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Permissions

• idle — detect active/idle/locked at the OS level (status only).
• alarms — send a periodic status heartbeat.
• storage — store the login token and settings on the device.
• notifications — show a desktop notification for manager messages and leave decisions.
• host access to takip.cinardegerleme.com.tr — the only server the extension talks to. No other host is accessed.
